• If payment is late by 30 days, your website and data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

A full refund (minus a 3% processing fee) is available only if you cancel your service before any design or setup work begins. Once we begin working on the full site design—all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no partial refunds will be given for unused time.

While your maintenance plan is active, your website is leased and hosted by 545 Online, meaning 545 Online retains full ownership of the code and templates. You always own all the content, photos, and branding you provide.

Full ownership transfer (Handoff) is available upon meeting one of the following conditions:

Smart Billing Clients: You may request a handoff after completing the required minimum commitment.

Hybrid Billing Clients: You may request a handoff at any time.

Important: Once ownership is transferred, 545 Online support ends, and you assume full responsibility for hosting, renewals, and maintenance.
