We have a clear, transparent late payment policy:

• If payment is late by 10 days, a $25.00 Late Fee is assessed.

• If payment is late by 15 days, your website will be paused (taken offline) until the late fee and balance is paid.

• If payment is late by 30 days, your website and data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

If you cancel a managed plan, hosting and ongoing support end at the close of your billing period.

All payments are non-refundable once submitted, as services are custom and begin immediately. You may cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing.
