Yes, there is a 12-month minimum commitment for our recurring
Maintenance subscriptions under the Smart Billing plans. This
commitment ensures we can cover the necessary security, hosting, and
licensing costs required to keep your site running effectively. You
can choose to pay monthly or pay once for the year to receive one
month free.
Hybrid Billing is our most popular payment structure, Made for
partners who want more control. It consists of two components:
A one-time Setup Fee:
This covers the initial custom design, build, and launch of your
website.
A recurring Maintenance Subscription:
This subscription covers all essential services, including hosting,
security, ongoing updates, and your monthly edit allowance. Smart
Billing is designed for long-term partners and keeping things simple
with just one component: A recurring All In One Setup+Maintentance Subscription: This subscription covers the cost of your setup fee and
maintenance fees all in one, it does require a minimum commitment
term.
We have a clear, transparent late payment policy:
• If payment is late by
10 days, a
$25.00 Late Fee is
assessed.
• If payment is late by
15 days, your
website will be
paused (taken
offline) until the late fee and balance is paid.
• If payment is late by
30 days, your
website and data may be
permanently deleted
from our servers.
A full refund (minus a 3% processing fee) is available only if you
cancel your service before any design or setup work begins. Once we
begin working on the full site design—all payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future
billing, but no partial refunds will be given for unused time.
While your maintenance plan is active, your website is leased and
hosted by 545 Online, meaning 545 Online retains full ownership of the
code and templates. You always own all the content, photos, and
branding you provide.
Full ownership transfer (Handoff) is available upon meeting one of the
following conditions:
Smart Billing Clients:
You may request a handoff after completing the required minimum
commitment.
Hybrid Billing Clients: You may request a handoff at any time.
Important: Once
ownership is transferred, 545 Online support ends, and you assume full
responsibility for hosting, renewals, and maintenance.
Ongoing maintenance includes continuous security monitoring,
performance optimization, content updates, and technical support. Most
importantly, it includes the monthly allowance of Small, Medium, and
Large content edits specific to your plan.
Absolutely! Every plan includes a specific allowance of monthly edits
(Small, Medium, and Large) to handle updates, content changes, or
photo swaps. Larger adjustments or updates that exceed your monthly
allowance can be quoted separately or rolled into the next month.
Most sites are ready within 3–7 business days after we receive all of
your content and final approval. We focus on a fast, professional
build without cutting corners.
We typically need your business information, logo, photos (if you have
them), and any specific details you want included on the site. If you
don't have photos or strong content, we can use stock images and craft
the content for you.
Not at all! If you'd prefer a more hands-off experience, you can book
a free phone consultation. We'll collect everything we need during the
call and handle the form setup for you from start to finish.
No. We handle all the technical aspects for you. You only need to
provide the text, photos, and change requests; our ongoing maintenance
service handles the coding or technical knowledge required to keep
your site running.
